Lead Registration and Tracking
Utilizing Microsoft Access and SharePoint, a comprehensive system was built to seamlessly capture and manage lead data. This intuitive interface ensured the accurate recording of essential details, enhancing the overall lead-tracking process.
Integration with Health Insurance Core System
The system was integrated with the health insurance core system, enabling real-time tracking of lead statuses and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This integration facilitated prompt communication with clients regarding quotation statuses.
Lead Information Privacy and Access Control
To ensure data privacy, customized access privileges were implemented, granting authorized sales agents and managers exclusive access to lead information. This approach enhanced data security and confidentiality.
Dynamic Lead Allocation and Reassignment
Managers were empowered to efficiently allocate and reassign leads, catering to changing team dynamics. This dynamic allocation mechanism fostered collaborative efforts and increased the likelihood of successful lead conversion.
Data Migration and Cleaning
Transferring aged lead data from diverse sources was a substantial undertaking. Through meticulous cleaning, including duplicate removal, format correction, and data labeling, existing information was seamlessly integrated into the new system, ensuring accuracy and a strong foundation for effective lead management.
Enhancements for Collaboration
Incorporating SharePoint, dedicated pages and sites were established for each sales unit. These hubs facilitated content sharing, team collaboration, and efficient communication through elements such as announcements, specialized lists, calendars, notes, and alerts.
